The short and the long of our warranty and returns policy is pretty simple: We want you to be happy with the gear you purchased from us. The short of it is we offer a lifetime warranty on all of our products (the long of it is listed below). We also want to make it as easy as possible to return an item that you may have purchased and found you didn’t need or maybe it was the wrong part. The Pronghorn Overland Gear warranty covers the structural and mechanical components of the products against manufacturer and material defects for the lifetime of the product, to the original purchaser. Pronghorn Overland Gear will warranty the powder coating of components for a period of one year from ship date against manufacturer defects. This warranty is expressly limited to repair and replacement of the component in question and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the product. This warranty applies under conditions of normal and proper use and does not cover malfunction, damage, or failure as a result of fire, theft, negligence, intentional breakage, modification or customization of the component, damage during installation or disassembly, improper installation, or exceeding the manufacturer load and usage ratings. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Pronghorn Overland Gear reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any component covered by this warranty and the right to replace any discontinued models with comparable models when necessary. In cases where it is not possible to repair or replace the component in question Pronghorn Overland Gear reserves the right to reimburse the customer for the purchase price of the defective component. Colors and components may vary between original and replacement parts and customer will be notified of any changes in color or component at the time of the warranty claim.

Making a Warranty Claim
To make a claim under this warranty please contact Pronghorn Overland Gear at +1 (844) 373-0077. Proof of purchase (copy of original receipt), photo documentation and a written description of the defect will be required for all warranty claims. Warranty components will need to be returned to Pronghorn Overland Gear and we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and shipping information. All warranty items must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. If we find the warranty claim to be valid we will provide shipping labels to return the component. If the component is found to be outside of warranty you will be responsible for shipping costs, to and from our headquarters. We will do our best to verify warranty candidates by photographs and written descriptions.

Our on-line product registration form makes it easy to register your Pronghorn Overland Gear component(s). To register a component you will need to create an account and fill out an on-line product registration for the item.

Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be satisfied with our products and any products found to be defective due to manufacturing defects will be replaced or repaired at our expense.
